1. Who We Are

Aurora 7 Nordic Experiences is a platform offering curated nature and cultural experiences in Northern Norway. We do not operate as a travel agency or tour provider. All experiences are delivered by independent, third-party suppliers.

2. Booking Conditions

  • Bookings are made directly with independent suppliers.
  • Aurora 7 acts solely as a facilitator and is not liable for the services provided by suppliers.
  • By booking, you agree to both our terms and the supplier’s own terms and policies.

3. Minimum Participant Policy

For Sommarøya and Kvaløya tours, a minimum number of participants is required. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be cancelled and fully refunded.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the start time for most experiences unless marked "non-refundable."
  • Refunds are not given for no-shows or late arrivals.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring you arrive at the correct location and time.

6. Limitations of Liability

Aurora 7 Nordic Experiences is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or damages resulting from third-party supplier activities. All services are used at your own risk.

7. Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR and subject to change before booking. Final prices may reflect local taxes, fees, or exchange rate fluctuations.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your data.

9. Modifications

Aurora 7 Nordic Experiences may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
